What's included with delivery?
Delivery, full setup, and pickup are included with every rental. We also stake or weight every inflatable per safety guidelines.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekends, we recommend 1–2 weeks. Holidays and peak summer fill up faster. Last-minute is sometimes possible — just call.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass, dirt, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. A $20 surface fee applies to dirt or potentially hazardous setups.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery. Call for current rates.
What about weather?
We monitor forecasts and will work with you to reschedule if conditions are unsafe. Inflatables don't operate in high winds or storms.
Are waivers required?
Yes. Inflatable and Gellyball waivers must be signed before setup begins. We send them digitally ahead of time.
Are your inflatables safe?
100% lead-free vinyl. Every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between every booking.
Do you deliver outside Victorville/Hesperia/Apple Valley?
Yes. First 10 miles are always free. After that it's $4/mile. Barstow, Lucerne Valley, and Oak Hills are all routine for us.
Can I rent for multiple days?
Yes — and right now, rent one day and get the second day half off. Ask when you book.
Do you offer attendants?
For some attractions (Gellyball, Mechanical Bull, Axe Throwing) attendants are included. For others they're optional.
